It is the premier hardcover edition. I can't wait to get into this 'graphic novel'. Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't these used to be called 'comic books'?

I am also a big Stephen King fan but I never got around to reading The Dark Tower books (only the Gunslinger). So this is a graphic novel based on the book?

Yes it is and the second hard copy was issued a few months back.
